Luxury Cat Boarding
our main focus is a British FAB standard boarding facility. each enclosure is a minimum of 4ft x 6.5 ft and features full height sneeze barriers. we only have eight 'rooms' in our luxury establishment so your cats will receive personal attention from our staff. we also provide daily brushing (for cats who enjoy it) and a selection of toys and scratching posts.

two cats - rm 25 each
three cats - rm 20 each

family suite (4ft X 9.5ft)
one cat - rm 40
two cats - rm 35
three cats - rm 30

I would strongly advise owners to get a b&w, quotation or whatever from the pet shop or whoever you plan to leave your cat(s) with. I phoned to enquire about boarding in this particular shop. I do not have hearing problem just so you know...
Since the price is reasonable and the boarding unit is the biggest, i decided to drop by to visit and put down a deposit to board my 2 cats during CNY. When i was there, i asked the proprietor about the rate again. It's exactly the same as what was mentioned during the phone conversation.
Anyway.....during 'checkout' i did not bother to check the bill because i naively trust that i was billed the correct amount. Nope....the rate was higher than mentioned. OK, i thought i might have hearing problem, but as of 5 mins ago, the rate they billed me was nowhere to be found in the website. The proprietor said their site is updated.
It tickles my funny bones hearing the string of 'stories' told to me just to get an extra RM180. If the proprietor had said 'since it's CNY peak season...blah blah... we have to increase the rate'. But no.... apparently my cats' unit was meant to keep rescued cats and since i insisted then they bill me extra (during checkout coz i wasn't told about it when i visited).
