me too, dream to buy a land and built the house with my own specifications... then plant a whole bunch of fruit trees, and a ground well and plenty of domestic animals around... but when i think of actual kampung living, i think it sucks when come to amenities...

A kampung not too far away from a city should be ok rite...?
It all depends actually, if you have enough animals or pets in the house to keep you busy then it shouldn't be that boring......and with city life 1 hour away all should be fine i guess.

Anyway my cats room is also not very big but since I stay alone, my cats can have all the space they want. But I gave them the room with the most ventilation in the house with 4 windows. Because they are in the house most of the time and unlike us who can actually go out for freash air all the time........so I took the room with 2 windows.

A ventilation fan could be and option for your cats room.

yup... but my current abode is actually in quite good location, just 15 minutes to vet and less than 1 hr from vet, pet shops, hypermarkets and jusco(s) if no jam la... i still need to think how to hack my house to make it more comfy for all of us, means both peoples and cats
