Hi.. hopes this will help you.....
1. First of all make sure that your cats has been fully vacinated and booster injection given every year. 2. Get import permit from the other country that you will be relocating to. 3. After getting the import permit the get the export permit from the 'Jabatan Haiwan'. 4. After all that is done medical check up by Jabatan Haiwan is done to ensure that your cats are in good condition. Need to provide them with the medical card of your cat. 5. After that go to MAS cargo to check out flights. You may even hand carry your cat if you are on MAS flight. Depending on which country you are going. If you need help just PM me. I know someone in MAS that can help 6. If not hand carry and going through cargo you can get an agent directly from MAS. Charges around RM150 if I am not mistaken. 7. Agent will help you to clear the cats. 8. For my case I got special permission from Kastam to clear my cat myself so save me $$$$$ Hope this information will help. And Good Luck!
