Correct... we have been already told before that strictly no SF x SF breeding. We have the rights to know such mal-practice and broadcast to everyone. Ny8 should defend himself here if he was doing the right thing but I dont see that. |

Many have asked and I add my voice - what are the parents of these kittens, where are they registered and generally, please give details. If such info isn't forthcoming then I think this is a dead issue and I cringe to think that 2 have already been sold. As they're newborn (????!!!!! And we know that some are folds?????) surely the buyers (presumably on this forum) can still back out from paying megabucks for potential problem kittens.
C'mon - I'm just a judge since 1968. I defer to Pussy, who is a breeder of Folds and a vet, for crying down the drain! What more qualification does a person need to lecture us (not that I'd say she has!) on the health aspects of the breed????????????????????? And anyone who doesn't consider health of kittens first and foremost should be utterly ignored by any cat lovers.

Lesley, good to have you back and thanks for backing me up. Now everyone can be certain I didn’t simply accuse ny8z for wrongdoing.

Of COURSE I back you up - what you've said is absolutely factual both from the point of view of veterinary science/research as well as the cat fancy and all it represents. Anyone questioning your view is frankly a fool or an uncaring dealer in crippled cat flesh. (Apologies if that sounds too strong - I'm seriously jet lagged and my fuse is short!)

I am not sure if this question has been asked before but i'll go ahead.
Can a fold from litter A be crossed with a no-fold from litter B ? Litters A and B being SF litters
