I've personally adopted 6 kittens from this clinic before. Dr Hoo knows me well. Apparently, the animals dumped there gets adopted quite fast. My only hope is that the people who take these animals truly love them and not dump them when they discover that it is too much trouble and expensive to keep.

TASIK well known to UPMians adalah tempat makan/ gerai2 makan justt outside from UPM campus. tak pun PADANG (tak tau la skrg ni dah org gelar lain)

even I myself pun akan letak kat situ kalau dah tak mampu nak beli makanan. kenyang budak2 ni. better dr biar dorg sepah2 sebab susah nak jumpa tempat makan sekitar kolej kediaman.

I don't know if people will ever be able to talk to animals the way Doctor Doolittle could, or whether animals will be able to talk back. Maybe science will have something to say about that. But I do know people can learn to "talk" to animals, and to hear what animals have to say, better than they do now

laa....buang kat tasik tu..maksudnya..bukan buang dlm air tasik tu.. buang kat tasik..tempat makan tu haaa..kat sri serdang..bukan bebudak upm je makan kat 'tasik' semua org duk area sri serdang...keje upm ke mardi ker... suma panggil tempat makan tu 'Tasik'..hihihih... for sure le kucing2 tu dibuang kat situ..penuh tempat makanan.. kalau tak tuan kedai bagi.. org2 yg dtg makan situ pun bermurah hati nak bagi makan lebih2an ikan, lauk tu.. memang mustahil sungguh le kalau ada org yg sanggup buang kucing.. aka bunuh kucing masukkan dlm tasik...

I doubt that this is true. I don't think people are that cruel as to throw cats into a Tasik (... and let them drown???).

I think more clarification is needed. Before this thread infuriates UPM administrators .... I would be offended if I was a UPM staff. Anyway, unlikely to be true ....

they dont throw the cats INTO the tasik as in pond.....they dump them at a food stall area which is called TASIK

do u believe that cat can actually swim... when i was a kid ....im quite naughty...so i used to put my cat in a pool.....i was planning to swim with him...he was panic at 1st....he hates water...but then he manage to swim out of the pool...hehehe...so believe that...if the really throw the cats in to the pond....the cats will manage to get out from the pond
