About a month ago 3 stray cats come to my house n two of them were found pregant.....2 weeks ago cat A giv birth to 4 babies.....All of the babies survive...yesterday cat B give birth to 5 babies....one of them die right afterit was giv birth...the other all survive.....the question here is cat A didnt care its babies any more....Cat A come n fight with cat B to look after cat B babies....I really pity Cat B coz she is trying it best to cover all the babies....trying to avoid Cat A....Tis morning once i wake up n check the babies n very sad to found out one of them die again...tats because Cat A n Cat B fight for the babies....the babie leg almost tear off...i start crying when i see tis....now i cant bring the cats in the house bcoz my mum doesnt allowed n i am afraid it might carry mites or etc n infected my own furkids....I hav take a very huge box for Cat B n its babies.....n take many ply wood to surround the box so tat Cat A cant get in....my question is y Cat A act like tat? Y dont it go n take care its babies yet come n fight with Cat B of Cat B babies? so weird.....n afraid another babies die again......

i believe it is about survival...like in the wild...the queen will try to get rid the others babies which not came from the same male..just to make sure that her babies survive and continue the lines and ruled the territory.
the other possibility is confuse between her and the other babies..but this seldom happend. what you can do...is move the other queen and her babies to other room. This will look like the queen occupied different territories. good luck! |

Talking abt kucing sakit mental, we have a cat who can't pregnant but literally taking care her sister's babies. She's been acting like the babies are belongs to her, carrying them from down to upstair, embracing those babies, but poor the kittens lar, she has no milk to feed them. Now, from 5 kittens ONLY 2 more left yang survive cos some of them ter'fallen' from stairs gara-gara the 'perasan-to-be-mommy' of the kittens. Kelakar tak, but of course, my sister is the one who felt soooo sedih. isk isk. Cheers. |
