Hi all,
I'm still new here, well, in fact i'm new to kitten/cats. Anyway, to cut the whole story short... I saw some owner that put their cats in some very bad situation. So i decided to contact some authorities to help out the situation, can called SPCA. To my amazement, the person that answer my call directed me to go to DBKL instead, and sounded not as friendly as i thought. Is DBKL the only channel for this sort of complaints? SPCA? Any help much appreciated, thanks! ![]() |

In the SPCA Ampang webiste it does mention that they do inspect complaints relating to animal cruelty. Perhaps you could ask for their Animal Inspector's number

Thanks.
I think i'll just drop by at their place with whatever supporting evidence that i can gather. Right now i'm not very confident that they will act on such complaints/case in very timely manners. Well, no harm trying, i'm just doing my part in ensuring that they have a better future and life. |
