Arisham,
I'm confused...the FSM form is to register you, the human as a member of FSM. You can also register your cattery (if you have one) as a member of FSM). The CFA form is for Entry into a CFA licensed show. If your cat is pedigree, then it should already carry a certificate from any of the recognised registries - eg. FSM, MCC, CFA, FIFe, ACF, TICA etc. Any of these registries will allow your cat entry into a CFA licensed show... If you purchased a cat from a breeder whom is registered with any cat registry but you failed to receive a registration, then pick up the issue with the breeder... If your cat is a non pedigree (eg. paperless) then, no certs will be issued to you from any registry including FSM... If you are still confused, please PM me or you can call me...My phone number is on the FSM blog.
