I must say the entry fee to register per cat is very expensive. If this scenario was here in S'pore and owning a few cats, I don't think I would take part in the show just by basing on the entry fee alone per cat

I have to agree, the fee rather expensive. But, after reviewing the great complimentaries such as accomodations, dinner and prizes, it is quite reasonable for the outsiders. The only thing, on August there's quite a few shows planned (MAHA 2008-Mcc Int. Cat Show 14-17, Borneo Show 23-24, FSM Show KL 31st) Choose and budget your show wisely.

As a regular cat show exhibitor...it all depends on what your intention is...what are you trying to achieve and if you have the right cat(s) to get the goal that you want or desire.

If your intention is to merely enjoy a show, then perhaps you don't need to spend the kind of money being asked. However, if your intention is to Grand your cat for example, and the cat is still an open, both the KK show and the KL show is merited. One should try to grand as quickly as possible so that hormonal issues are countered. Of course, if you are going for MORE than granding then the KK show is a requirement, irrespective of show count because every single point matters!

Agreed Mummy! Anyhow, I just want to enjoy and have fun. And I dont have the Grand intentions and means.. hehe I rather show and enjoy, than being feel sorry by looking at my wallets after the show. Good luck to you all! To Mummy - The best of luck in granding your cats!
