My mother was the world's best free radio and print media PR grabber I know of. It helped that she was a radio announcer, mind you! In the lead up to the 1993 ACF National (hosted in Tas) there was a 10 day lead up with photo stories every day in the newspaper and constant radio plugs (though she'd long retired). On the day of the show there was a full page of pics of the delegates and guests at a Town Hall reception. Post-event (nice for the cat fancy image, though it doesn't put bums on seats!) there were another 3 full pages or so.

For last year's National here in Hobart I managed (still not quite sure how!) to get a 30 second TV commercial produced and aired 84 times on a commercial channel for free, and we had people doing an 8 hr round trip by car to attend. And while there was only one of the show committee who actually saw the ad, it certainly hit the people it targeted.............the public.

So - whatever you can get, go for it, even if you and the cats have to get up at 4.30am to look bright eyed and bushy tailed and none of the members see it! And it's always a great opportunity to plug the message about responsible cat ownership. (Desex, desex, desex.)

hi guys. saw the breakfast show that day. last time i do part-time with a media monitoring company,so my work is to record media stuff,such as news,prog etc from tv. so,tot of nak cari makan sikit kan, i wanna sell the master copy,which means, 1 copy of vcd/dvd which u can play on ur dvd/vcd player, and also data cd which can play at pc or post at you-tube. I only sell the master copy, meaning u guys can make alot of copy and sell to those who wanna buy/yg kuar muka dlm tv tu. usually the company ask for rm100 a cut from their client, but since i do underground, i only charge rm50 a cut. eg: if u guys keluar kat breakfast show 16/1/08 & 24/1/08, hello on 2 18/1/08,slmt pg msia 19/01/08 so total rm200(nego).

in the master copy, there will be all the recorded show that u guys appear in the tv. the breakfast show, the selamat pagi msia, hello on 2,etc. so if interested, can PM! me and please list down all the tv programmes u guys appear on so that no missing prog. the master copy also have 7days warranty.

yeah.u can do that too,record via dvd recorder,then can rip it on the computer ..and u can do it for free,if u do it urself. for my case, i take it from the company,where they record media in mass, and usually the company charge rm100 per cut if someone wanna buy or want past news, but bcoz i'm the x-staff, i can get 50%discount for buyer. but i'm not forcing anyone to buy lah..just an info for u guys who need the service..
