Hi.... anyone knows of a house for rent? I am helping someone to look for a house somewhere in Ampang. Preferably a house as she has around 15 cats. No apartments or condos please. Her budget is RM700.00 per month. Anyone please???

Houses in Ampang for RM700/month - doubt you can get one...I live in Ampang. Apartments go for around RM1000 min. Unless you want to go further afield and look at Kosas. I think even Melawati would be difficult. Maybe you should look at Kg. Keramat?

I live in Ukay Perdana..well..don't know about terrace house..but apartment itself will range about RM600-RM700...And so far, i have a very nice neighbors ...nobody ever make a complaint about my cats..well err..i don't have 15 ofcourse..

Yes..... the lady is looking somewhere at Kosas. Currently she is staying at Taman Bukit Indah. She prefers somewhere near there as her children is staying nearby that area. Ampang Indah would be the next choice. Thanks for the suggestion. Will try again.

Thanks Arisham, it would be a bit difficult for the lady to stay in an apartment as she is so old. I think she prefers a house. Currently staying in Taman Bukit Indah. She prefers somewhere there as her children is nearby. She is actually a member of the CFA I am sure you know her She told me that she has been chased out of the house many times because of her cats. Poor dear. I am just trying to help her out. She's only got 1 1/2 months to go. Hopefully, we can find somewhere for her and her babies soon.

Oh my GOD!...She told me couple of times that the neighbours doesn;t like it...but i don;t think it comes this far...arghh o.k. I will help as far that I can..She quite fimiliar with my area...well lets see if I can get her a ground floor..nearby my appt..At least I can be nearby to help her cattery also!
