To answer Horatio's question..
Yes, that is part of SCCARFS Pet Connection Project's plan. We have acquired an upper level shophouse unit to house the animals in and also for animal lovers to meet and convene. Hopefully, in the near future and with your help.. we'll have a place to have a cuppa and be able to spend some quality time with the animals there. It would be a great way to spend some time with the animal and finding them a home that suits their individual characteristics. Likewise, potential adopters will get to spend some time with the animals and make a better choice.
We hope to have the place ready by January/ February next year as we need to have proper cages and confinement areas built.
We look forward to making the SCCARFS Pet Connection Project grow from its current infant stage into a much more successful organisation aimed to encourage loving and caring for all animals.

Hello Ophelia..

SCCARFS started out as a personal passion and love for animals..
You will read all about it in our upcoming but still under construction website, www.sccarfs.com and www.sccarfs-petconnection.com.
We at SCCARFS were already individually rescuing animals since a very young age. I remember getting into trouble many many times for bringing home all sorts of strays.. but obviously, that didn't stop me. Kucing la, anjing la, burung la, tikus la, kura kura la.. really, all sorts..
And if you're already doing the same.. you DO already have an ongoing project of your own.
I was very lucky to be able to meet and team up with the people I currently work with. I truly thank God for that!
If you would like to expand on helping the stray animals in your neighbourhood, you may contact us or your local animal shelter.
By the way, I did hear of someone doing something similar for stray animals in your area. If you could find out who that is, I would love to meet up with that person too.

Yes you are right.....

Thanks to my vet- Dr. Ranjit who has given me her assistance in the neutering and spaying for the strays not only that she has also help out for the vaccination...
I am now doing my part in taking the strays to the vet for the neutering/spaying/vaccination...etc 1 at a time.....Hope there are many more vets out there who can do the same so that we can work as a team to achieve our goals.

I'm very happy for you that you have a very supportive vet. Everyone should find or have a vet like that.. one who is willing to sacrifice profits to help you help the strays. I believe there are many vets out there who would be willing to help if you all approach them and asked.
Maybe we should compile a list of vets out there whom animal lovers like us can count and depend on, based on personal experiences. Most of us have limited resources and for us to effectively reach as many strays as possible, we do need the participation and support of truly caring vets.
SCCARFS understand that the veterinary service is a business but that should not stop anyone from helping where they can and when they're needed.

I have searching through the websites but I still couldnt find the location address. I am staying in Brickfields, I would like to give away Schwarz and Schuldig toys that they never play since they prefer plastic bags and paper bags and their food bowls (if you want it) which I bought and bought (I cannot see bowls I just love them) and suddenly I realised I only have 2 cats ^^.

So sorry for the delay in my replies..

I've been terribly busy and there have been many changes.. but am still very active in animal rescue work..

Just last week, I sent seven kitties to be neutered and eight kitties the month before that..

So all these kitties are up for adoption as well.. though many have been slotted to be released..
