kalau botak dan kulit dia nampak merah mungkin ringworm. Then you kena sapu topical cream.

Tp from your explanation, with the brown reddish dots on the fur, mcm mites infestation.

Try to use frontline spray (make sure you tak mandikan at least 4 hari sblm spray).
4 days after spray, mandi kan dgn teatree shampoo or any good Tick & flea shampoo.
4 days after bath, then spray for the 2nd time.
You kena disinfect the whole house jgk. Make sure all the carpet, sofa are vacuumed thoroughly. Pastu buang sisa vacuum jauh-jauh.

The best if you can give them oral ivermectin once a week. The medication will kill internal/external parasites. So we work from external & internally.

(Please get your vet advise before you administer them ivermectin)

Tu cara untuk stop the problem, tp to regain back the coat, give them NUTRI-COAT (RM19-RM20)

Like my cats, their hairs usually drop quite a lot twice a year. It is so common and every time that happens, I will tell myself “This is autumn (fall) in Malaysia”. This will be my busy time because if I did not comb them to pull away the hair, they will easily get hairballs (cough) especially Billy and Trey.

Biasanya kalau kucing sy bunyi tu, pastu datang gosok2 badan dia kat kite, maknenye dia nak mintak dibelai (manje2)...
Tapi kalau bunyi 'grrr' tu kerap dan kucing tak datang meleset kat kite, mungkin dia paru2 dia problem, so bawaklah pegi vet. My kitten necosuki masa umur 3 bulan pun ada bunyi cam nie ngan kerap dan selalu mengah2. Bila i check kat vet dia disahkan ada paru2 berair... Nasib baik i bawa cepat, so dalam tempoh 3 minggu necosuki pulih cam biasa...Alhamdulillah.
