well in Bangi most of the pet shop or vet charge about RM80 - 85 for persian longhair grooming. For shorhair may be less.....as for me... I would rather do it myself...so you can get closer to your cat. Betul Tak?

Grooming is part of keeping a cat. So as long as you have the time, might as well do it yourself. |

Totally agreed, DIY is the best solution. I can't remember when was the last time I sent any of them to the groomers
.I think for the price you're going to have to fork out, might as well spend it on the grooming tools. Oh, for the busy busy people, sleep one hour less la. wooz.... |

Geez... RM80-85 is good money for the groomer
. Unless if u are preparing for the show, professional grooming may be needed. Show grooming invlove many works and a final touch up is important. White persian need many type of shampoos and it is time consuming. For normal grooming, I rather spend that amount of money to buy a good food for my cats or delicious meal for myseft ![]() |

Ya, very good money for the groomer and even more so when they offer trimming services.
I remembered one Persian having her hair trimmed very nicely ans she looked so good after that. Then my turn to enquire what the charges were, nearly fell off the counter. The trim alone already about RM75 excluding the regular shower and dry session with fur conditioning treatment. So I think that owner paid something like RM200+ for her Persian's pampering session. But I think I'd go for it too once in a while. The difference is so obvious, defnitely show quality kitty results. wooz.... |
