Hi Alicia,
Congratulations on ur opening of ur store. Sorry I could not make it on ur opening day coz I wud be at Indonesia that time. Perhaps I would visit you a week later or so after my trip.

As for ur question on tips on running a successful business....
1. be honest in both urself n in business.
2. never think that a customer is stupid. educate them
3. stay away from gossips n most of all, don't start one. What goes around, comes around

it is a pity i will not be able to meet you. however, i will bear you advice in mind and try to abide by those wise words.

i have to say that i rarely think people are stupid, but must admit that i find certain people very odd.

i am making up goodie bags and was wondering how many i need to pack? i was thinking about 50. any comments? i will be giving away full sized packets fo greenies, vouchers and perhaps some food.
