Don't worry FSM never forget members that didn't show...We're currently working on many package and benefits for all. Just wait till it officially announced.

I'm a non active member at Brooks Running Club and with a membership of RM60 i'm usally invited for the annual dinner held for all members at club's cost and a nite full of lucky draws on sportwear and hampers. On top of that i get news letter every 3 months once........OH YES, free Brooks t-shirt and sports water bottle, brooks key chains etc etc upon joining and year round discount on Brooks wear and gim use.
For active members you get all of above and many others like everyday free tranning session. Light breakfast at every marathon/running session, you will be sponsered for your running attire.....and on top of that u will be awarded for your achivements at annual dinner.....hmmmmmm and many other things.

Hmmm...I was a member last year, and here's my feedback.

1. I didnt join any shows, therefore i didnt benefit from the membership.
2. I didnt attend any meetings, or rather I didnt even know if there was a meeting to attend. I only got 1 letter towards the end of the term bout the AGM. I was wondering if that was the only time they had meetings.
3. Most of the time, I only got info from this forum which really is not the clubs forum. Or by word of mouth only.

Maybe you guys can do something for the non showing members.
I am a lifetime member of MKA and at least I receive a magazine each month and receive all the entry forms and all the latest shows. Even if I never show my dogs.

Just my 2 cents worth.

So if can do work on the benefits....the current ones are really crap.

Believe it or not I'm not a FSM member even though I show my cats due to some personal reason. I ask somebody to show on my behalf. With new line up in FSM committee .... I wonder should I register or not...
