Buy some Royal Canin Babycat, soak 3-4 tsp in sufficient hot/warm water for 15-20 mins, when soaked and soft, mash with yr fingers till like cereal porridge and give to kitten to lap up like soft porridge. Better than dry food bcos then it will not have to search for clean water to quench its thirst. Some cats die bcos they end up lapping contaminated water from drain or God knows where and refuse to drink from the container you provide. No need to give milk which can cause purging. All the best.
