speaking about the poor cat. i bet he must hv a home before. becoz this kinda cat mesti cantik during his prime time. but, who knows what really happened then....

in our country, the level of the awareness about stray animal r (sorry to say )- low. it is sad becoz among us-the real passionate cat lover, r people who only like cat when they r beautiful,cute & pretty. once their cats were no longer cute, they will just simply throw it away. i've tried my best to persuade my frens to neuter/spay their cat(s)...with the thought that they might throw away their pet/kitten shud it become 'not cute anymore'. out of 5, only 1 neutered her cats.the rest, they wont even make an effort to go to the subsidised clinic.to them it is still -mahal! n after few months, ive seen their x-pet on the streets at my place. sabar jelah.....latest, i found a small kitten inside my flower pot - dead!

i just hope that this will stop. nak harap the govt, hmmm.....i bet it may take 1 of us to become somebody important like the PM/TPM perhaps, then we can see some changes to this...as for now, it depends on us...

I normally get my cats in a position where they don't get a direct angle eye contact to flash light. I try to distract them, so that the eye position is slightly tilted (maybe get them to look up/down or left/right) thn take a quick snap.

i know this cat! i`ve seen him before..last time he was at my area (athinahapan) and then i think someone had transfer him somewhere else.actually i heard the owner moved out to shah alam and left this poor cat behind..reason:he`s old already so the person dump him like nothing.. .. this cat used to pukul all my cats and curik the food..ade sekali i tangkap him and give him a bath and rawat him..couple of times jugak..and then his luka semua dh sembuh..and then dia hilang.. i thought my cats chase him away..:P

but now i jarang balik ttdi.. so i dont know wut happen to him..he used to be so liar..but when u approach him slowly he`ll be gentle..

Waah, Niellie, I hadn't been following this thread till I jumpa balik and read yr heartbreaking reply! I feel like castrating that ... who dumped the wonderful boy. I think that boy ran away from yr place becos he was not neutered. If he had been, he would have been de-programmed from chasing skirts, and yr kids have not have hentam-ed him so hard as to chase him away (tho I really think this is not the reason he disappeared, more likely he picked up the scent of a female in heat and off he went on remote control).
