Just want to share with you some photos of our first sphynx litter out 2 days ago.. I can't stop smiling until now cause they do look........."different" .....than persian kittens.

Our lovely Soleil gave us 5 extreme naked kittens and So far all 5 kittens and mom are doing great, the kittens were born in average of 125gm....didn't know they weight that much since my persian normally weight around 80gm when they were born...

Anyway, enjoy some photos....Charmaine do think they look like rats....but very cute ones to me.

Oh by the way...if you curious about their color.......I am also curious ok...hehehehe, I am waiting for the answer from our sphynx breeder friends in US still...Gosh..I thought one was black and white since the Dad is black and white...but their white is really red to me....

You are right that they don't like COLD!! They are lucky to live in SEAsia..however, my house is like a freezer since we have persians..., so we have to arrange somewhere warm for them.

Sphynx cats have higher temperature since they are hairless, and that is why they are so close to people cause they want to get warmer attched to your body. We have warm pocket for them to be in there all the time. Before when my nuetered one sleep in my room, he sleep inside the comforter and attached with me or charmaine. Recently I left them in the living room cause he is TOO HOT and I can't sleep!! LOL.....

Sphynx kitten will sleep in a pile all the time, this new litter also go on top of their mom's back and sleep on her...heheh, so funny....

I also wondering how they going to live in the place like MOSCOW???!!!,,.......

I once slept with a darling sphynx female in France - she decided I was her best friend and had to sleep with me. Ahem. That lasted one night only - it was like sleeping with the electric blanket on 30!

Guess they'd live in very well heated apartments in Moscow, seldom coming out of their nice warm igloos!

As far as colours go, well.............it's not as easy as with coated breeds! But all the females (assuming mum's red?) will be tortie - exactly which colour will depend on whether both parents carry choc and/or dilute. Males will be red, or cream, if parents carry dilute. Throw in 'and white'...........

Well, it looks as though your have 4 girls and one male! (Shave any white cat and you'll see the skin is pink - and a subtley different pink than a red or cream, which also goes for paw pads.)

Congrats Eric on your first litter!! One of the kits you are holding in your palm is definately a tortie. The kitten on its own is a black. For the rest, maybe you could share with us the colour of the mum and dad.
