I have updated photos of winners + few photos (thanks to Horatio, Polini and Catizzadi).

Secondly, since most of free storage hosters set so many "rules" for permanent file storage, I convert the PDF format for the forms to jpeg. To get better quality, please save the jpeg by right click at the photo and hit "save as". Anyway, if you guys prefer PDF (better quality), please e-mail me or use FSM e-mail addresses as listed in the blog.

If your printer is not set default to A4, please do so when you want to print the form. Thanks.
