Hello fellow cat lovers.
I am calling for an hour to observe what has happened today. It's a classic example of varying opinions and how we should respond to such differences existing between all of us. What happened to Burnian is actually a very small matter. She wrote something that some other people found offending. While I did not laugh at the jokes posted by her, I was NOT offended by the jokes as well. I am sure there are some other forumers who share similar sentiments as I over the jokes. Malaysia is growing and maturing as a nation. If Malaysia is to prosper and grow, good citizens must rise up to the challenge of appreciating what makes each of us unique. Respecting the opinions of others is the primary key to the success of any nation. Instead of oppressing opinions, we should encourage the exchange of ideas. And we need to learn to respect the differences. Then Malaysia baru BOLEH! This is my thread and it is one which I am writing to promote thought and analysis. Maybe we should all take time out to think about what is happening around us. Appreciate humanity and how beautiful our lives are. How wonderful our cats are. And let every difference melt away. So I would seek the cooperation of fellow cat lovers. That between 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Malaysian time today, we will all sit down and think about our lives. What we should be thankful of. What friendships mean. What our cats and friends and family members are to us. Recall all the incidences when we had disagreements with people and think of ways we could have done it better. And write here. Share with us how beautiful your life is and how your smile brought happiness to the people around you. And how you valued the different principles/opinions/values your friends and family members had. |

Sometimes we didn't know that what we says may offended others but there is no reverse... words already been said... So be careful with what you say and oppologize if its wrong. It is not pleasant to see cat fight among forumers.... ![]()

Aman...I think the admin should add 1 of those smillies that has hands and claps then I'll put a dozen here for you.
After knowing you through this forum and meeting you personally, Malaysia will really kehilangan a true Malaysian who’s young at age but mature in thoughts and responsible in behavior. I, for one will definitely send my ‘human’ kids to your school as I know they will be in good hands (but u’re going to UK next year), hope you’ll come back to Malaysia one day to help and guide the next generation. I also hope, who ever is taking over your place here does a good job too.

what i can say is let bygones be bygones.....let the past be in the past.... if you dont like a person here in the forum, then just ignore....no need to prolong the fight.....we're here to share each others happiness and sorrow being with our beloved cats, our families and to share issues which is lacking when taking care of our cats, etc....we live in a wonderful multiracial country, so treasure it like u treasure yourself, your family, your friends and your feline friends.....if there's misunderstandings, solve it professionally....

Many a time we just go about with our lives. If you think about it, all of us here in kitten.com.my and puppy.com.my are immensely blessed with small animals to keep us company. They teach us to appreciate life. To be 'tabah dan cekal'. I am pro-pets for young children because these creatures teach us so much about ourselves. I for one, never thought that I would love my cats so much. When I was younger, I used to feel jijik seeing poo or pee. However working with children (wah wah wah crying) and caring for my cats taught me immense lessons about life, love and the sacrifices for life and love. Now cleaning after my cats seem so natural. I worry when they get sick and feel deep sense of affections for them. When Coco died, I spent days at home keeping Milo company because I felt he missed his sister. When I wasn't at home, I felt guilty for not being a good 'caregiver' to my cats. The same goes for school children. When I was 18 and started working in a pre-school in Damansara, I felt so geli and geram with some of the children. As I spent time with the children, affections blossomed and I would have done anything for them. I can still remember those children by name! Changing their clothes, cleaning, bathing them etc. cleaning after their vomit etc... not the best part of my job but something that I willingly do because I loved those children. I guess this is what life is. It is filled with up-s and down-s....... what is the most important is that we humble ourselves and LEARN! Learn to love. Learn to appreciate. Ohhhhh people, come... group hug, group hug.... we are all friends here in kitten.com.my.... ![]() |
