Hi to all cat lovers!!

My life with cat started in 2002 when I adopted a Persian cat named "Medy" from my cousin in Japan, I should say I was more a dog person before but I still bought this cat to the Philippines cause my wife likes cats.

After one year living with Medy, I realized that the cat is also can be so close to people and I started thinking about having more cats at home.

I bought my second Persian male "Mochi" from Taiwan and then a Persian Female "Sunny" from Russia in 2004.

just this January when I took Mochi and Sunny to join the EGCA cat show, both my cats were titled champion in the PHilippines and Sunny also won both best in Variety, both best in Long hair and the biggest "Best in Show"!!

I am working on the direction to build my own cattery with my wife on Persian line and we are having so much fun with them!

There is no CFA cat show in the Philippines at this time, eventhough all my 3 cats are CFA registered, I am looking for the chance to attend the CFA cat show if ther is one in the SEA region. I know the quarantine will be a big problem when I travel with the cats, I hope someone will also help me to answer that if my cats need to be quarantined or not when entering Malaysia.

Anyway, I am happy to become the memeber of your cat club, your website is very nice and I hope we can share more cats moments together.

If I am not mistaken, there will be an International CFA cat show in July 2005 this year in KL, and there will be participation of a number of pedigreed cats from Thailand. I would advice if you can ring Mr. Wilson Ng, 60-13-3653670.

I just checked from the Malaysia government website and I think there wil be a 7 to 30 days quarantine time if I bring the cat from the Philippines.

I don't think I will make my cats suffer that long especially on the purpose of attending the cat show.

Anyway, Thank you very much and I will look forward for the chance next time.

There may be an uplifting of the Quarantine for the cat show, as the Vet Dept is involved, so I would suggest you'd ring Wilson.

Samshing Pumpkin is so cute!! you can tell his/her cutie characters just looking at the pictures! How old is smashing pumpkin? still a kitten? My mochi (my cream tabby male) looks so like him/her when he was 4 month old!!
