hmm..interesting..some question here..what's the rope called? i mean what i shud ask for at the DIY shop. do u got d plank for DIY shop too? another thing is u nailed from d plank into the chair legs rite?

You can use manila or sisal rope, make sure it's natural not synthetic...
Plank get from any hypermarket, the DIY shelfs, just get a square piece. Must warn u tho - initially I DIY to save cost, but eventually discovered it's cheaper to simply buy one, rope cost 40~60 cts per feet & u need lots... Nowaways I make because I can have a longer post than most commercial ones...
