itula cici, rezeki kot..skang ni tgh nak carikkan geng adik, betty aka kak mok dah senior, tak mau layan sgt adik main2..so tgh carikan partner of crime dia la nie..

tq tq azmansor...tinge capang mmg cute..tp xtau nape ada gak org kata kucing tinge beso/capang huduh..sedih rasa..kite sesama manusia pun x sama kan, kucing pun mcm tu la..sbb pernah kene sound dgn my fren, 'eh,buruk giler tinge kucing ko', masa tu rasa mcm nak halau2kan je kawan tu dr rumah, suka2 kutuk anak kite..hampeh

yup, thats me..mama n babies sume bulat2, bukan stakat cukup makan, dah lebih makan kami 3 beranak ni....huhuhu...put on weight esp after i got married..xtau nape..how can it be??

normal for women gained after marriage.lebih2 klu dah abis beranak.tipsnya don't eat after 8pm.food take longer time to digest after 8pm.terutamanya kita yg makan nasi. eat less rice.klu dpt thn sehari sekali je mkn nasi. lg satu klu dah abis beranak make sure ikut pantang betul2.org2 muda zaman skrg tak percaya dgn pantang but believe me,my elder sister anak 5.umur 45 thn.anak sulung 23 thn.anak paling kecil 4 thn.kami blh share baju because our size sama. dia betul2 ikut pantang after bersalin. org 2 bulan,dia 3 bulan.sebagai wanita yg ingin kelihatan cantik sentiasa walaupun dah berusia,kenalah sanggup bertahan dan sacrifice.kakak I kata,badan nak pakai lama kenalah jaga betul2
