Betul, betul lah June. After marriage, I also put on weight. Now I slim down....I take half bowl of rice. Twice a week I go jogging. Well, If kucing bulat, lagi cute. I like kucing bulat.

betul..mesti buat ikut peraturan..i dah jumpa specialist..sbb p slimming centre tp xmau gak turun..so dr suh stop dulu treatment sbb dia nak check dulu, suspect ada problems dgn repro system that cause hormone imbalance..manyak sedey woo....

ramai yang tersilap sebenarnya pasal diet ni... diet ni bukan tak makan atau kurang makan... tetapi makan ikut keperluan badan...

misalnya... kalau kita sikit guna tenaga, jangan la makan makanan yang high carb... sebab carbohydrate yang tak digunakan akan simpan jadi lemak, bukan makanan berminyak je...

so apa kata, sebagai permulaan... babyxuen makan nasik tengahari je... lepas lunch jangan sentuh langsung... kalau rasa macam tak larat... cuba makan pisang... kalau still tak larat... makan la sikit roti wholemeal tu... cukup untuk alas perut... benda ni memang tough call... memang perlukan high dicipline kalau nak success... satu lagi... kurangkan makanan berminyak dan minuman manis... carbonated drink is no-no... skali skala takpe... tapi jangan minum waktu malam... kalau nak tau level gula dalam minuman tu... cuba amik sebotol... goncang sampai abis gas... pastu minum... masa tu baru tau tahap kemanisan dia tinggi tak tinggi...

pasal exercise pulak... yang silapnya... kadang-kadang tu aku tengok... lepas jogging atau workout, tu diaaaa... mee goreng mamak sepinggan telur pecah dalam... cuba elakkan... sebab bila kita exercise, sistem badan akan bakar lemak dalam badan untuk tukar jadi tenaga... tapi kalau kita masukkan 'lemak' baru... dia akan bakar lemak yang baru ni sebab dia belum tepu lagi... so tinggal la yang tepu tu tak di bakar... sebab tu orang komplen... apa ni... exercise dah buat selalu, everyweek lagi, tapi tak turun jugak... haaa... itu kena cek tang makan la... itu kalau yang masuk 10 bakar pun 10... kalau masuk 10 bakar 8 je... lagi 2 tu top up la kat lemak yang sedia ada... lagi bahaya...

kesimpulannya, diet dan exercise kena seiring... memang la bila kita exercise ni nafsu makan kekadang akan naik... tapi cuba control... kalau terasa nak makan banyak, cuba nibble carrot ke, cream cracker ke... avoid heavy meal...

sorry la kalau berjela... tapi bab ni memang aku seronok sket nak contribute... harap tak salah paham ok...

Aku nak tambah sikit boleh?? Lagi satu klu boleh jgn minum air manis,bergas dan air sejuk.bukan tak boleh sama sekali tp sekali2 je.aku selalu minum air suam putih.air putih yg ada ais kdg2 je.minuman2 manis dan bergas jarang sekali aku amik.tak elok utk kesihatan.air sejuk suma maklum tak elok utk org pompuan

makan byk2 buah dan sayur2.klu aku, buah tomato dan sayur kacang botol aku baham je mentah2 mcm tu.elok utk kulit.

adoi!! forum ni dah jd forum kecantikkan pula

dietitian bukan personal trainer pun bukan... tapi dulu aku penah la saja-saja buat part time personal training masa tahun 1998 - 2000, lepas keja terus gi sweat club kat mid valley... bukan apa pun saja nak tambah pengalaman dan ilmu... sambil-sambil tu dapat la extra income dan workout free...

tentang tips tu no problem... tapi terus terang aku cakap, aku bukan bertauliah... cuma cakap melalui pengalaman aku je... that comes from my own reading, observation and practice...

benda nih tak leh drastic bro... be it dieting or exercising... kena buat gradually... yang banyak jadi yo-yo tu sebab drastic sangat la tuh... mula-mula semangat berkobar-kobar, tapi sebab perubahan tu mendadak sangat... tu yang kadang-kadang badan reject... sudahnya... balik asal...

apa-apa pun ingat satu je... "rome was not built in one day..."
