i see no point a pedigree cat is not registered ?? because cost of register a cat is less then USD 10 .... if I'm not mistaken la ... the only reason i can see is either the cat is not fully pedigree or the breeder don't want to cat to be trace back to him .. so there is no excuse for the pedigree cat not to be register

yes..agreed with dru.

i know some breeder doesn;t want to include cert with their pet quality because they don;t want the owner to show the cat which can give some bad impression to their cattery. Well, i believe with agreement contract the breeder can do so if they didn;t want the owner to show the cat.

its valid point also about pet quality with cert..to protect the breeder if the new owner want to show the cat..

sign...why dont like this...

the breeder can offer the sales with cert if the new owner need the cert but breeder need to make the new owner understand about pet quality and its not for show...

i dont know what to say..everyday things getting messy by the rules...to me sometimes being too protective also not good..this my opinion...we need to some flexible sometime..theres no fun in life if there is no flexibility anymore i guess...

cheer up and i hope what ever we do just remember what is the objective of cat fancy...educate!

with too strict rules, then later ppl will get bored and then the cat fancy world will not be as busy and interactive anymore...

All we need is Balance things up...

i agree with you... sometimes there's no fun in here as so many people clawing around and rules are tightened...

anyway, in my understanding
pet quality - as pets
breed quality - for breeding
show quality - to show and brag around

if i want to show a cat, i'll get a show quality. if i just want a little furball to cuddle with, i'll get a pet quality or a domestic. just plain logical sense.

anyway, any breeder can get a pet quality kitten even with the best breeding line. you never know what comes out as i said before, the cert would depend on the new owner if he or she wants it, the breeder should be able to produce it. if he or she wants to hang it on the wall lah any breeder that cannot do so, means he or she is cheating la...

Betul sesangat la tu.........mana ada dlm breeding tu blh dpt 100% show quality, mengarut betul ler kalau ada yg mengaku dpt 100% show quality.

Selling non cert ped equals to selling DLH some DLH has the look of a ped but doesnt have cert, so a ped without cert is a DLH booohoooo
