To anybody who are wondering why I put up the poll (to reply PMs that I received),

We do not want to be so stringent in this forum but I had no choice since I have received many complains asking why they can’t post “DLH for sale” but “Pet quality for sale without cert” is allowed. Some of them thought it happens because those that we allowed are our friends.

When come to rules, the admin/mods do not pick sides but since we keep getting same grunting again and again, we have no choice but letting the majority to make the decision again.

For those who don’t know, the decision not to allow the selling of DLH in here also came from the majority’s decision.

Stop supporting domestic cat breeders
Start saving strays cat
Start spaying/neutering your cat

This is done as a way to deter backyard breeders from making use this forum as avenue for such practices and its not about you. Look at it in a bigger picture and not from underneath. Whether you are interested in certs or not, its a sidelined but the issue here is to discourage backyard breeders from abusing the forums.

PS: Of course, byb will still find other forums and etc to advertise but if we start putting a stop in here 1st, they are one place short of advertising.
