Many months ago, majority has concluded that the selling of DLH in this forum must not be allowed due to the long history of fighting among many users.

And now, we would like you to make a decision whether or not, we want to allow the selling of “Pet Quality” kittens without certificates in this forum.

This poll is made to avoid future problem such as the breeder might be selling DLH and not pet quality kittens from his/her own line.

Therefore, please respond to this poll whether we want to allow the selling of Pet quality without certificate or not. If the majority voted for “not allowed”, all previous and coming “Pet Quality for sale without cert” threads will be removed.

Definitely against advertising anything as pet quality if it hasn't a cert. So - 'not allowed'. (Based on the premise that 'pet quality' refers to a ped cat which isn't show standard.)

But does that necessarily eliminate all PQ threads in the future? Don't we mean PQ with no form of certification/registration? I'd hate to see breeders start flogging kittens off as 'breeder quality' (whatever THAT term means in the context it often appears on this forum!) ..... and pardon me if I'm not making myself totally clear - having a hell of a day and my brain's out to lunch!

Since selling of cats is always an issue in here, why not open a thread to see how many dislikes selling of cats in this forum. Clean cut everybody would have it fair chance of say.

i would say yes. however, the seller should advertise the cat as pet quality and that the cert would be provided upon request or how much prices with / without cert. some people like me may just want a cat, the cert is certainly useless since i have no interest in it!

I don't see a cert for a pet quality pedigrees as entirely useless, as it does serve a purpose. Firstly, it proves tat wat u've got is a pedigree, nevertheless, its only a pet quality, not just any DLH/DSH. Therefore, from the cert itself, i can actually conduct my own tracing on the bloodlines, sire n dam etc.
However, to me, it stops there. Tha is the only purpose of having a cert for a pet quality pedigree. Furthermore, the cert doesnt cost much, only a minimal sum, stil up to the new owner wether to have it or not.

Aik, mane vote aku hilang? Ade orang padam ke? Aku x setuju jual kucing x de cert sebab aku rasa nanti buat gaduh aje. Lagi 1, macamana korang sume tahu yang kucing si shadow tu bukan DLH? Entah-entah suma tu DLH tapi dia tulis pet qualiti sebab dia tau si Jay akan padam (maap abang Jay, tapi betul kan?). Sebenarnye, dalam dunia ni susah nak carik peniaga jujur. Itu sebab peniaga yang jujur susah carik makan. Aku undi supaya kucing tak de cert tak dibenarkan dijual sebab aku rasa kat sini ramai yang akan tipu. Dia jual DLH atau DSh tapi cakap pet qualiti Munchkin ke, apa ka. Manusiakan?Aku malas nak betekak, sebab tu aku padam suma post aku dulu. Asyik bertekak aje forum ni. Banyak penipu pulak tuh
