If you want to chit chat with friends, please do it in CHIT CHAT section or else it will be deleted. However, please bear in mind that this forum is not cater for realtime chatting. If you like to have "circle of friends conversation", please do it in IRC, IM or others.

If any of the threads outside the CHIT CHAT section were found "out of topic" or full with “CHAT CHAT”, the thread will be deleted without any justification.

You can also send your complains about any threads that you think has gone from out of topic or full with chatting to the moderator via PM. Your username will not be published. If the moderator received more than 2 complains, the whole thread will be deleted. The moderator has every right to delete any un-useful threads with or without receiving any complains.
